DoMM staff are talented. Why?

First, they have depth to their experience in business. A key criteria for work at the DoMM is hands-on real-world experience at all levels of an organisation.
Second, the knowledge upon which their courses and research is based is current and up-to-date. Leading applied business means continually being close to businesses who are innovating. Helping them innovate means that staff need to not only be learning from the changes in current practice but creating new thinking through engaging in applied research. This leads to what we call knowledge-based applied learning (KAL).
Finally, our staff have a strong grounding and on-going investment in their own academic development. Most of our staff have studied to a PhD level at highly ranked business schools. The balance are currently engaging in PhD and Masters study.
